Fatigue…more than just feeling tired.

Life is busy, right? Everyone has weeks where they work hard and play hard and feel exhausted. However, true fatigue is different from those types of feelings. Fatigue includes feeling weak, experiencing muscle pain and sometimes swollen glands and a general lacking of energy. When we do something strenuous, our bodies can feel tired because they need to rest and repair themselves.
