Local house-builder Barratt Homes is celebrating after receiving national recognition in the industry’s 2015 annual customer satisfaction survey, being awarded the maximum 5 stars rating by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
The independent UK-wide survey, completed by more than 30,000 UK home-buyers revealed that over 90 per cent of local respondents would recommend Barratt to a friend, which makes Barratt among the most highly rated house-builders in Britain.
Barratt has been awarded this coveted accolade a record six years in a row, more than any other national house-builder.

Barratt is building homes on a number of sites across the area including Nursery Fields and Seacrest Gardens.
