Want to join a gym but don’t want to be a number? Well Active4less in Havant is the answer! Family run club by Duncan & Emma Teasdale who originally were members for many years when it used to be Powerhouse, they seized the opportunity to buy the club when it came up for sale. Since becoming the owners, Duncan & Emma have added that personal touch to the whole experience of visiting the gym.
Membership ranges from 16 to however young you feel!!
Never been in a gym before? Not to worry our friendly instructors will always be on hand to help you achieve your goals. It’s not all about hard work at Active4less, how about trying the sauna, sunbed or maybe a massage or a drink in the café/bar. Duncan & Emma hold 3-4 social evenings a year for all the members to enjoy with live entertainment and food
Don’t like working out on your own, we have a studio timetable of over 30 classes to suit all fitness levels from Zumba, Spinning and Boxing Circuits, why not take a look at our website for more details.
