Summer Garden Event in St Faith's Church Hall, Havant on Saturday 22nd July - open to everyone - the more entries we have the better the Event will be. Entry forms can be printed from our website - http://www.havanthorticulturalsociety.org.uk or contact Mrs Ballard-Neale, 13 Pelham Terrace, Emsworth PO10 7JB.

There will be work from local school children and many displays from local organisations like the Scouts, WI etc. Having mentioned the Scouts, we appeal for collection of small items for their tombola - please contact Biddy Wylie on 023 9247 5226 if you can help it’s great chance to meet other members and have a bit of fun as well!

Wednesday 27th September - A talk on Alstroemeras by Crosslands Flower Nursery to be held on at the United Reformed Church Hall, Havant at 7.30pm.

25th October - Gardener to Grandee Joseph Paxton at Chatsworth

31st January - Producing your own bedding plants

28th February - Vegetable growing 28th March - Gardening at St Alban's School

25th April - Superstitions and folk lore of the hedgerows.
