Tuesday 24th Food Hygiene Course. (Chartered Institute 9am – 4.30pm Environmental Health) Level 2. Cost £30.Aimed at anyone working in a catering setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. A short multiple choice exam will be held at the end of the day. This qualification will last for five years.

COURSES
Saturday 21st June 9.30am-4.30pm Paediatric First Aid - £40 Official Qualification valid for 3 years, Ofsted approved. The course is run over 2 days and will cover: roles and responsibilities, recording incidents, unconscious casualty, resuscitation, choking, blood loss and shock, first aid kits, burns, injuries to bones and joints, spinal injuries, sprains and strains, illnesses, diseases and medication.
Monday 23rd June 10am-12.30pm Basic First Aid for Babies & Children Covering: Unconscious baby or child, recovery and CPR, choking, febrile convulsions, meningitis and head injuries.
Tuesday 24th June 9.00 – 4.30pm Food Hygene - £30 Aimed at anyone working in a catering setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. On completion of the course, you will have knowledge in Food Safety Hazards and the Law; Temperature Control; Refrigeration; Cooking; Food Handling; Safe Storage: Cleaning, Food Premises and Equipment. A short multiple choice exam will be held at end of the day.
No prior knowledge is necessary. Trainer registered with Health & Safety Executive. You will receive a Level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene.
7th July 10am-12.30pm Basic First Aid - £5 Covering: Unconscious patient, recovery and CPR, major bleeds, heart attack, strokes and shock.
