Butterfly Identification Workshop
We will start with a presentation by Michael Blencowe of Sussex Butterfly Conservation and then talk a walk on local footpaths looking for and identifying butterflies. The session is led by Sarah Hughes, Community Wildlife Officer in partnership with Manhood Wildlife and Heritage Group. Dress for the outdoors, refreshments provided.

Grow Your Own Vegetables for Families
A fun session for families to learn about growing seasonal vegetable, visit the vegetable beds at Tuppenny Barn and then plant some seedlings to take home with you.~

Tuppenny Tasters
A Celebration of Local Produce
Here at Tuppenny Barn we are passionate about producing good quality, healthy food. We work in partnership with a number of local producers who share our aims and objectives. So welcome to the first of Tuppenny Tasters, an evening where our guests can meet local producers and taste their produce.

Plus a talk by local chef, Rosemary Moon, who will be preparing tasty treats using the produce on display as well as introducing her new book, 'A Feast of West Sussex'.

Tickets: £15 per person to include a welcome drink and tasters.

Drop in during the afternoon for tours to see how our organic vegetables are grown and to explore our new, sustainably built Education Centre. Cream teas will be offer along with vegetable and plant stalls. The winners of the Wildlife Photography Competition will be announced at 3pm. Entry £3 per person.

Moth Identification Workshop
Celebrate National Moth Week by joining in our moth session. We will have trapped some moths overnight and today will spend time observing and identifying them. The session is led by Sarah Hughes, Community Wildlife Officer in partnership with Manhood Wildlife and Heritage Group. Dress for the outdoors, refreshments provided: £3 per person.

Friday 25 July | Tuppenny Tea and Tour | 2pm/ 1½ hours
Enjoy a tour to see how our organic vegetables and flowers are grown and hear the story of Tuppenny Barn. The tour is followed by a homemade cream tea. £7 per person. Monday 4 August | Wickedly Wonderful Wildlife | 9:30am / 2½ hours
Spend a morning packed with fun, outdoor activities all with a wildlife theme. For ages 5-14 years. Ages 5-7 must be accompanied by an adult. Includes refreshments and all materials. Please come dressed for the outdoors. £10 per child.
